While at Handel Architects, I facilitated on-site construction administration of Sendero Verde, the world's largest Passive House residential building located in East Harlem, NYC.

Sendero Verde offers 709 affordable units through the NYCHA Housing Lottery and features an 18,000 SF Publicly Accessible park with three NYC GreenThumb Community Gardens.
During my time on-site, I managed construction schedules, completed field inspection and conducted weekly plan reviews with contractor teams.
This work was part of my co-op at Handel Architects.
